If you didn’t get what you ordered or the quality of your order was compromised, we are so sorry! Call (386) 671-7141 or e-mail us so we can make it right.
Whatever the reason, return it within 60 days and get your money back. However, we do have some stipulations:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and/or be in its original packaging
- Refunds can only be given back on the credit card used for payment
- Shipping charges will not be refunded

How Do I Get Started?
To begin the return or exchange process please follow these steps:
- E-mail us and let us know you would like an return/exchange.
- Please include your name, order number, and the product code of the item you want to send back. For exchanges please let us know what you would like sent back to you.
- We’ll e-mail you back giving you the green light to send your item back to us.
- Once our e-commerce department receive your item(s) we will promptly issue a refund and/or ship the exchanged item back to you.
